Rent Conditions

Our company provides chauffeured cars in St. Petersburg for individuals and legal entities.

Transfer from/to Airports or Stations

Order a car to transfer you and your guests from an airport or a railway station. Our driver will meet his passengers in the arrivals zone or by your train car holding a sign with the passengers' names on it.

Order a car to take you and your guests to an airport or a railway station. Our driver will meet his passengers in the hotel lobby or at the address as indicated by you, holding a sign with the passengers' names on it.

The price for transfers by car from/to airports or stations is equal to three hours rent, provided that the waiting time does not exceed 15 minutes. If the car waits for more than 15 minutes, an additional hour will be charged.

The price for transfers by minivans or buses is equal to three hours + a pick-up hour, provided that the waiting time does not exceed 30 minutes. For any extra time, an additional extra hour will be charged.

Rent Car/Minivan Per Hour:

You can order a car or a minivan on a per hour basis. The chauffeured car will be at your service as agreed to meet your schedule. The time starts when the car arrives at the indicated address until the completion of all tasks. Another extra hour of pick-up hour is added if the service is provided within city limits. Traveling into the suburbs requires preliminary approval. The minimal order time is 3 hours plus a pick up hour.

Country Trips:

You can order a car or a minivan to travel to St. Petersburg suburbs or other towns. A second pick up hour is added for trips to the city's environs (within 30 km from the city). Longer trips require preliminary approval. At least RUR 10 per kilometer will be charged for any distances covered beyond city limits.

Additional Charges:

• When transferring passengers from/to an airport or a railway station the driver will park his car at a paid parking lot (RUR 100-200 per hour). These rates are not included in the total charges, and the passenger will cover the parking expenses.
• The price per hour applies to the chauffeured car with any number of passengers (within the maximum number of passengers allowed in the vehicle).
• Any additional time in excess of 15 minutes shall be rounded to half-hour and charged accordingly.
• From midnight to 6 a.m. the coefficient of 1.3 shall apply. Therefore, if you plan a trip around the city from 1 to 4 a.m. your rates must be calculated as follows: (3 hours) * per hour rate * 1.3.

Changing Terms and Conditions

• Cancel your order at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you wish to extend the rent period, please advise us accordingly at least two hours before the initially allotted time expires.
• Please advise us at least two hours in advance (including the pick up hour) when the address the car should arrive to is changed.
